I am a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and the profession for 25 years. I trained and qualified as a local government Environmental Health Officer progressing to a Senior Officer specialising in food safety, food law and public health.

Being the first Asian female officer in the UK, I am dedicated to a career in food safety and protecting public health. As a food hygiene trainer and food safety consultant, I can offer support to anyone seeking food hygiene and allergen training, food law, allergen information and public health advice.
